We have won the National Tourism Award Wales 2015 for the Best Place to Eat - Cafe!
Our other latest achievements are:
OCTOBER 2015 - we received a Silver for our Country Sourdough and a Bronze for our Bara Havard at the 2015 World Bread Awards. Country Sourdough uses Mill Rye and Wholemeal Flours, and Bara Havard contains 30% Mill rye.
AUGUST 2015 - we received a GREAT TASTE AWARD ONE GOLD STAR for our Bara Felinwr, made with 100% Talgarth Mill wholemeal flour.

WE WERE SHORTLISTED IN THE BEST SMALL SHOPS COMPETITION 2015 - the only business in Wales to make it through to the final at Westminster on 25th February - where we were presented with a certificate. http://www.bestsmallshop.uk
WE WERE NOMINATED FOR THE BBC FOOD AND FARMING AWARDS 2015 IN THE CATEGORY BEST FOOD PRODUCER. We made it to the final 15 out of over 1000 entries but were not succesful in getting through to the final three. www.bbc.co.uk/foodawards
We won one Gold and three Silver Awards at the 2014 World Bread Awards in September. The Gold was for Bara Felinwr which is made with 100% Talgarth Mill flour and topped with mixed seeds (including SESAME). The Silver Awards were for Foccacia with olives and rosemary, ciabatta, and chocolate and cherry buns.
In December 2014 we scooped two Firsts and a Third prize for our bread at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair. Another top prize for Bara Felinwr, Tomato and Onion Seed Sourdough, and Third for Bara Havard.

Regional Heat winners on ITV’s Britain’s Best Bakery January 2014. We also feature in the book that accompanies the series.
