During this half day class you handle three doughs. You learn to mix and knead from scratch with our own milled wholemeal flour. Then with doughs which we have prepared you get to learn different shaping techniques and to get a feel for how the doughs differ when made with different flours. You then prove and bake the three types of bread, typically rolls, a plait and a loaf, and get to take them home. You get coffee on arrival and coffee and cake at the end. Suitable for complete beginners or bakers who are struggling.
