During this full day course you get to make a sourdough loaf using our seven year old rye starter. Whilst that’s proving we mix up doughs for focaccia, ciabatta and pizza dough. You learn how to handle and shape wet doughs, and make your own pizza lunch which is served with local salads. Coffee on arrival, coffee and cake in the afternoon and all the bread you bake is yours to take home. Not suitable for complete beginners.
