All our flour is made here at the Mill. The Guild of Fine Food has recognised the quality of what we do rewarding us with Great Taste Awards
for a variety of our products every year since 2013.
We only make wholemeal flour. It’s the larger particles, including the bran, that contain what is good for you; we add nothing and take nothing away from the grain.
We also produce a full range of bread kits for you to have a go yourself. Easy to follow instructions produce a lovely bake – our Black Mountains bread kit won a 1 Star Award at the 2017 Great Taste Awards. Or if you want to taste Talgarth Mill flour without baking yourself, then pick up a fresh loaf from our bakery!
