You will be greeted with coffee on arrival before going off to mill your flour and to learn how the mill works. After a Miller's Lunch in the Bakers' Table Cafe, you will take your flour into the bakery and use it to bake a wholemeal seeded loaf to take home. You will also learn how to make a white and rye loaf and then enjoy afternoon tea and cake in the cafe.
Suitable for anyone over the age of 12 years.
