Bread Making Classes

We run a variety of baking courses throughout the year. These include our Bread for Beginners, Sourdough & Italian Breads, Welsh Breads, and Easter & Christmas Baking.

We are also delighted to announce that for 2020 we will be collaborating with Jennifer Burgos of Dough & Daughters. Jennifer is Danish, but has been living in the UK for over 30 years. From an early age, she has had a passion for baking when both her grandmother and mother taught her how to make different breads, from Danish rye rolls to sweet almond pastries. Jennifer’s mantra is information, practice and confidence, and very soon you can turn out fresh loaves, buns and pastries with confidence, even if you can’t speak Danish! 

All our baking classes fill up very quickly, so don't hesiate to give us a call or drop us an email to secure your place.

Costs

Half day £70 - minimum 3 people, maximum 8 people
Full day £130 - minimum 4 people, maximum 8 people
Includes all ingredients, recipes, bread to take home and refreshments. 

If you are unable to attend a course that you have booked please let us know.  You can transfer to another date up to 28 days before your scheduled class.  If you are unable to give sufficient notice then you are welcome to send a friend to a class in your place.  We are unable to issue refunds

In the event that the course cannot run as it is not fully subscribed you can transfer it to another date.
